You should start seeing our first residential mailing in your mailbox in the next couple days.
Enclosed will be two cards (yellow and white) and a return envelope. The yellow card is to verify and update if necessary any information provided on the card. In the past, some residents have questioned whether or not to list their children. The is a personal preference and either way is acceptable. We ask that you return the card whether you want to be listed or not. This will help us keep an accurate database of all the addresses in Bay Village. Any questions, please call.
For advertisers, a letter and contract went out in December. All current advertisers will get the opportunity to claim the same spot in the directory as the current directory. Below are links for advertising contract and letter.
Our goal will be to publish it and distribute it in Aug 2010. The reason for the early start is we want to ensure we have enough time to get as many residents and businesses in the Directory as possible. We are planning on expanding our advertising section and hope to include many of the area restaurants.
If you find any errors in the current 2008-2009 Bay Directory, please email us at the email address below and we will update the system. Further, if you are new to Bay Village, have moved or even changed a name or phone, please contact us and we will make updates before we begin the next cycle.
